surfgoths:

I am missing a super fun double philosophy lesson to attend a long church service.

I mean, we have ours at the gloriously famous Westminster Abbey and it’s stunningly beautiful to look at the church, but the services just drag on and the sermons are either dull or offensive (like the one where the woman said ‘ALL GIRLS JUST STARE IN THE MIRROR, WHICH DISPLEASES GOD’) and I give up on singing the hymns and just mumble along as they bring in drums and other ‘exciting’ instruments to make it relevant for today’s youths or something.

Every time we go there, I either sit there staring at the same window because I always sit facing the same way or try my best to disguise my secret naps lol. I can not remember the last time I was awake during a sermon…
